Founders don't have enough time. I can build some of it back.

What I do

Partnerships, plus tools that take the manual stuff off your plate.

A

Partnerships, part-time and ongoing

I build the relationships that get your product in the places it needs to be seen: event and hospitality partnerships that put it on the tables your customers care about, in front of the chefs and sommeliers who choose what to serve, and collabs with brands in a totally different category that sell to the same person. Based in Chicago, happy to travel for events.

Starting at $3,500 a month, about a day a week, three months minimum. Any site or event is priced separately.
B

Sales dashboard

Wholesale accounts, reorders, and who's gone quiet, all on one page. This is the NetSuite part of me.

C

Content engine

Your photos, recipes, press and product notes go in. A content calendar comes out, with pitches and topics ready to use.

D

Custom tools

Whatever's eating your week, turned into a tool.

Examples: a client HQ, a private dining inquiry tracker, a wine club that remembers who likes what

The sales dashboard, content engine and custom tools are one-time projects, starting at $4,000 each.

Exhibits

Two I built for myself and use all the time. Yours would be built around your business.

Exhibit A
The Supper Club host page: a tally of which guests can make which night

An events desk

For anyone who hosts. One page to ask which nights work, tally the answers, pick one, and send everyone an "It's on" with a calendar invite. Thank-you notes and a photo album come after. I built it for my own dinners.

A chief of staff

Checks in every morning, knows what you said you'd do, and says so when you're starting four new projects at once. Mine knows my week. Yours would know your business.
